Delicious Miso Soup with Wakame

  • Cover 2 Tbsp of Emerald Cove Wakame with cool water and let soak for about ten minutes to hydrate. Remove wakame and set aside.
  • Bring 2 cups of water to a boil and remove from heat.
  • In a small bowl combine 2 Tbsp of Miso Master Organic Miso paste (any variety) with 4 Tbsp of the hot water and stir until creamy.
  • Combine remaining water and miso paste. Add wakame pieces and garnish with your choice of protein and veggies such as tofu, carrots, and scallions.
